Return & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our tour operators.

  • More than 14 days before the tour: Full refund minus a 5% processing fee
  • 7-14 days before the tour: 50% refund of the booking amount
  • 3-7 days before the tour: 25% refund of the booking amount
  • Less than 3 days before the tour: No refund available

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation and refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our support team at support@balkanadventures.com
  • Include your order ID and the reason for cancellation
  • Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method (JazzCash or EasyPaisa)

3. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within the following timeframes:

  • JazzCash: 3-5 business days
  • EasyPaisa: 3-5 business days

Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

4. Tour Modifications

If you need to modify your tour date or details:

  • Date changes are free of charge if made more than 7 days before the original tour date, subject to availability
  • Date changes within 7 days of the tour may incur a fee of up to 10% of the booking value
  • Changes to the number of participants will be adjusted based on the per-person rate

5. No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your scheduled tour without prior notice, no refund will be provided. We recommend contacting us as early as possible if you anticipate any issues with your booking.

6. Tour Cancellation by Us

In rare cases, we may need to cancel a tour due to:

  • Extreme weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Insufficient participant numbers for group tours
  • Safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

7. Partial Refunds

If a tour is significantly altered after booking or cut short due to circumstances within our control, you may be entitled to a partial refund proportional to the portion of the tour not provided.

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Processing fees for any transaction
  • Any optional add-ons or extras purchased during the tour
  • Gift certificates or promotional vouchers
