  • Transfer and transportation arrangements

All tours and experiences are subject to availability and weather conditions.

3. Booking & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs)
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking
  • We accept JazzCash and EasyPaisa as payment methods
  • Email verification is required before completing any payment
  • A booking confirmation will be sent to your verified email address
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice

4. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during booking
  • Verify your email address for payment security
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Follow safety instructions provided by tour guides
  • Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account information

5. Tour Participation

  • Participants must be in adequate physical condition for the selected tour
  • Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
  • Participants must follow all safety guidelines and instructions
  • Sialkot Mart reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who poses a safety risk
  • Some tours may have age, fitness, or health requirements

7. Limitation of Liability

Sialkot Mart acts as an intermediary between customers and tour operators. While we carefully vet our partners, we are not directly liable for:

  • Personal injury or death during tours
  • Loss or damage to personal property
  • Delays or cancellations due to weather or force majeure
  • Changes to itineraries beyond our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance before participating in any tour or activity. Travel insurance should cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, personal liability, and loss of personal belongings.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication with our customer service team. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the applicable laws.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Sialkot Mart operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
